How long does a workout run for?
Sessions run for 45 minutes.  We suggest you arrive 5-10 minutes before 'kick off'. 

How much does a session cost?
Information regarding pricing can be found here. You are welcome to pay causally, but you can also be a step ahead (pun intended) & purchase a 6 or 12 class pass, pay for the term upfront or pay for unlimited sessions for the term.

What can I expect from a Let’s TAP workout?
Let’s TAP is a cardio fitness tap dancing workout.  We won't be mastering wings or pickups in class, but we will work towards learning the incredible craft using our feet as our instruments (practice makes perfect).  Be prepared to get that brain ticking, burn calories, sweat, get fit, have fun all whilst learning the fundamentals of tap dancing.

What if I have never tap danced before, can I still do Let’s TAP?
Yes you sure can!  You don't need to know how to tap to take part in a Let’s TAP workout. It is suitable for all levels & all ages, even if you have 2 left feet! There is nothing like learning and mastering a new skill.

What if I haven't done a tap class for a long time, is Let’s TAP for me?
It sure is!  You will be amazed at how much your body (& feet) will remember.  Your love for tap dancing will return very quickly, it will feel like 'going to your happy place'.

What is Let’s TAP Beginner/Low Impact?
Come & learn a new skill in a Let’s TAP Beginner/Low Impact exercise class (this session is customised for new tap dancers, or people looking for a low impact option).  In the sessions we will break down the basics of tap. So rock on up & be excited to use your brain & your feet!

Do I need my own pair of tap shoes?
No… we have tap sneaker attachments that slip over your sneakers or trainers. Instant tap shoes!

I have my own tap shoes, can I wear those?
Yes absolutely! Put those wonderful tap shoes back on, click your heels 3 times & it will feel just like going home!  

What is Let’s DANCE?
Our Let’s DANCE classes, are 45 minute a mid impact cardio dance class with short repetitive combinations. Think Jane Fonda merged with a Beyoncé backup dancer. Be ready to sweat, sing, dance up a storm! Warning - Let’s DANCE will improve your mood and make you smile from ear to ear.

What is JUST TAP?
JUST TAP is a 45 minute tap class for experienced tappers, this is NOT a class for beginners.  Make sure you bring along your much loved tap shoes (if you have them!) & be ready to master a new timestep or two.

What do I wear?
It's best to wear comfortable exercise clothing that won't restrict your movements & your tap shoes or training shoes/sneakers.

What do I bring?
You are required to bring a towel, a full water bottle, a resistance band or toner, your tap shoes or sneaker attachments & a great big smile.  Maybe bring a friend, they do say 'friends that workout together, stay together'.

The temperature is going to reach 40 degrees tomorrow will classes go ahead?
To honour our duty of care to you our clients Let’s TAP sessions will be cancelled if the temperature reaches 40 degrees & above to ensure your safety. This will be determined by the Bureau of Meteorology & clients will be advised my text of any cancellations.  If you are unsure please contact Lisa.
