What is Let’s TAP?

Let’s TAP is a 45 minute adult tap dance fitness workout. It is a total brain/body workout suitable for anyone & everyone. You don't need to know how to tap to take part in a Let’s TAP workout. It is suitable for all levels & all ages, even if you have 2 left feet! There is nothing like learning and mastering a new skill.

We won't be mastering any special complicated tap tricks in class, but we will work towards learning the incredible craft using our feet as our instruments (practice makes perfect). Be prepared to get that brain ticking, burn calories, sweat, get fit and have fun all whilst learning the fundamentals of tap dancing.

What is Let’s TAP Beginner/Low Impact?

Our Let’s TAP Beginner/Low Impact class is customised for new tap dancers, or people looking for a low impact option. In the sessions we will break down the basics of tap. So rock on up & be excited to use your brain & your feet! No tap shoes are required as we provide the attachments to slip over your sneakers.

What is Let’s DANCE?

Our Let’s DANCE classes, are 45 a minute a mid impact cardio dance class with short repetitive combinations (think Jane Fonda merged with a Britney Spears backup dancer!) Be ready to sweat, sing, dance up a storm! Warning - Let’s DANCE will improve your mood and make you smile from ear to ear.

After Let’s DANCE stay around for a quick Let’s STRETCH class, to lengthen the body and calm the mind. Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy, so we can maintain a range of motion in the joints. Don’t forget to bring a towel or your yoga mat.

Our workouts are guaranteed to improve your mood, focus & cardio fitness by fusing the fun of dancing with cardio & resistance training to burn calories, increase muscle power, co-ordination, flexibility & balance. Experience is not required, enthusiasm & energy for life is essential.
